Hello and thanks for stopping by and visiting our website again. Not much has happened with SCoNE since our last race. The July 17th race at RumTown Speedway was rained out which was a bummer. So we will be back at RumTown this coming Saturday 8/14/21. Wentworth, NH - After a month off , The JRC Transportation Sprint Cars of New England teams showed up at RumTown Speedway for the John Berry Memorial Sprint Car Spectacular. The car count was low again so with only nine cars there would only be one heat race. Bradford , VT - Saturday night The JRC Transportation Sprint cars of New England returned to Bear Ridge Speedway. It was a good night for Clay Dow picking up the win , but not so good for a few others. With just eleven cars on hand it was enough for two heat races. Scott Holcomb won the FK Rod Ends Heat race. Wentworth, NH- On Saturday September 11 The JRC Transportation Sprint Cars of New England gathered at The RumTown Speedway for its final event of the 2021 racing season. With a short field of cars it was still a good race for the cars on track. The FK Rod Ends / O'Reilly Auto Parts heat race it was Clay Dow with the win to set the field for the 25 lap A main. Just getting back from Indy from the PRI Show and it was good to see some friends from the motorsports industry who I only see a few times a year and catch up. Wentworth NH - Have you heard the news about Legion Speedway? Sprint Cars of New England Series Director Ron Giroux has purchased the 1/4 dirt track from Dan Bowne. Giroux and his business partner Bill Dawley have formed R&B Motorsports to continue the weekly operation of the facility. Dan will still be actively involved with the race track. The 2022 season will begin in just under 90 days time. Once the snow is gone and mud season dries up a little the winged 360 sprint cars will be racing at dirt tracks here in New England. The schedule is complete and will be released soon. The series will visit a new track this year, with New Hampshire Motor Speedway putting down a new clay surface on The Flat Track. Wentworth, NH - Friday night's first appearance of 2022 for The JRC Transportation Sprint Cars of New England did not go as planned. With a forecast of scattered showers the track decided to race and it started off ok. With the teams arriving under some clouds and the sun trying to poke through, a quick light shower popped up just before motor heat.
