Bradford, VT - Last Saturday the JRC Transportation Sprint Cars of New England made its first visit of 2021 to Bear Ridge Speedway. Caleb Lamson in just his second year behind the wheel of a race car , picked up his first ever race win. Lamson started the 25 lap feature event from the pole and never looked back. The race was caution free and over rather quickly. Lamson jumped out to the lead on the green flag ahead of Jake Williams. Williams, Matt Hoyt and Chris Donnelly were racing for second, third , and fourth . When it all was over, Lamson and his Warhog Graphics, Norway & Sons Electric sponsored sprint car were in Victory Lane with his proud Grandpa. Due to curfew and still races to be run there was no Victory Lane celebrations Just the top three and a push vehicle to bring the cars back in. Caleb's dad Justin let his father Stanley take the four wheeler out to see his grandson. Grandpa was so happy to be there and it was a great Fathers Day gift for Justin and Stanley Lamson. Matt Hoyt was second and Jake Williams third. The three young guns posing for photos after the checkered flag.
