Fourth event delayed one day by rain
BRADFORD, Vt. (June 24, 2023) – The McGee Automotive Family Sprint Cars of New England (SCoNE) tour will have to wait an extra day to get back on track. Saturday’s event has been postponed by rain to Sunday, June 25 at 5:00 p.m. The race is presented by Green Mountain Gear-Heads.
Seven-time SCoNE champion Chris Donnelly of Piermont, N.H., will carry the championship point lead into the Bear Ridge race, which will be the fourth of 10 events on the 2023 schedule. Plainfield, Vt.’s Will Hull trails Donnelly by 25 points (157-132), with Matt Tanner, Floyd Billington, and Jake Williams rounding out the top five.
Bear Ridge Speedway is located on Kidder Road in Bradford, Vermont. Pit gates open at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 25, with grandstands opening at 4:00 p.m. and racing at 5:00 p.m. Grandstand general admission is $15 for adults, $13 for seniors (age 62+) and $2 for kids 11 and under.
